Shish Tawook, cubes of chicken are skewered and grilled on charcoal. Marinated over night which gives it its amazing flavor. So juicy and flavorful, you have to try this .

Shish Tawook

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of coriander
pinch of ginger
pinch of cumin
salt and black pepper
pinch of cardamom
1/4 cup of ketchup
3 teaspoons of tomato paste
half a lemon juice
3-4 tablespoons of yogurt
Chicken breasts cubed

In a large bowl add the chicken and all of the spices, ketchup, tomato paste, lemon, and yogurt mix well ,cover with cling wrap
place in the fridge overnight . Remove the chicken 1 hour before grilling . Add the chicken to the skewers leave space between them and grill the chicken
until the chicken is cooked . Enjoy
