Crispy chicken :

4 chicken thighs + 4 chicken drumsticks
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix all spices in a small dish, clean the chicken and dry it with a paper towel .

Fry on both sides until golden in color, do not over cook the chicken
Bake in a preheat oven 375f  for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
